the earth will still be here the issue is weather or not humans will be.
If they are just banning pirates I don't think they have a case. If MS has been banning people just for using non-MS hardware like harddrives then I think they might have a chance.

Sounds like the UK government is now bought and paid for by the entertainment industries. Governments should be for the people! Not helping an outrageous industry target consumers because they waved goodbye to the old way of doing things, ie downloading music legally or otherwise. They should be helping consumers battle these faceless corporations and their assinine fees, not helping create them.Nanny state indeed.?
Yeah, I know what you mean, wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more.

Good luck with that morons... You agreed to the ToS which says they have the right to block your modified console. What did you expect? There is absolutely no case here.
Ignoring the fact that local gravitational effects can be and usually are stronger than distant gravitational effects does not "prove" the existence of dark matter. Seeing something beyond the "end of the world" of Big Bang theorists isn't proof of dark matter either. However, planet hunting is a desirable endeavor and if the observations obtained are useful in the search although misinterpreted, then I don't object. People usually learn best from their mistakes.
