Your post is absolutely wrong. Teeth are quite a late defense mechanism for cats. After their claws have failed. They also use their claws to climb trees to escape danger, not just to ward off attackers. I've yet to see a cat use their teeth and hind legs to get up a tree, but I suppose it could happen. And arguing that the knuckle isn't fully attached, so this is somehow less inhumane? Give me a ***** break. You're condemning the cat to walk around with nubs for the rest of their life.Of course, the safest place for your cat to be is inside only. Inside-outside or outside cats are pretty much all doomed to one of two eventual fates: predators or being hit by a car. But even inside cats will escape from their prisons sometime, and it's best they have all of their faculties available in the outside world. If you're having problems with them attacking your furniture, there are some really easy solutions: double stick tape, buy them a real scratching post, etc, etc.?
How is that even possible, It defies the laws of nature! |

The MIT researchers are idiots. They wasted all that money and time researching, when they could have just gone on Digg 4 days ago and found out the answer, for free, from a BBC News article!

I should have worded my original comment better, but you're 100% right. What a coward to close the comments on his site. This guy really pisses me off.

John Titor was ordered by his Superiors to go back in time once more, and this time sabotage the Collider to force all of us to forget him altogether. Little did he know, it worked.

SofaKid, you're not necessarily screwed if your connection is intermittent, or you face downtime. Even for web design or scripting, you can get your work done on a localhost. Graphics, word processing, spreadsheets, all that is done offline... You only need the connection back to transfer finished product. |
