Maybe that's the only issue Los Angeles city council can tackle, anything of importance is too difficult to handle.
Now, county on the other hand, poop packing paradise!

Can you guys propose any other solution beside cutting taxes as if that is the solution to everything?.
The argument is based on the assumption that we are a democracy and can make a choice as to who can make the decisions. It's also based on the assumption that the public do their job of making sure the government does theirs, a big assumption.!

Dugg for Star Wars reference.?
@Moralogic said"The real problem with Creationism is that it makes absolutely no predictions that are verified as true. Evolution on the other hand makes many predictions that all verify as true."Does evolution make any predictions about how you can get life from mud? No, but "that's not evolution's job", sure but in the meantime you don't know how life got started so whatever you're calling "evolution" could still be creation. Further, neither God nor the Bible are under any burden of proof--even if you say you require it. You are but dust in the wind and if you can't find the humility to acknowledge (much less, honor) your creator, you don't deserve to have one. Finally, there are, in fact, a number of "verifiable" predictions in the Bible but keep listening to the people who tell you there aren't. Here are just a few:"And in answer Jesus said to them: “Look out that nobody misleads YOU; 5 for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many." (Matthew 24:5) Just how could *anyone* have known that after being put to death as a criminal, people in the distant future (2,000 years and counting) would not only be saying they *are* him but that "many" would believe it? Do you seriously want to try to chalk it up to a "lucky guess"? Knock yourself out but I'm going to call it "verifiable evidence".--------------------------------------------".And many false prophets will arise and mislead many; 12 and because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off. . ." (Matthew 24:11-12)So who could have known for a certainty that the world would be subject to "increasing lawlessness" and that the general expectation of warmth for one's fellow man that people once took for granted would be gone? Another lucky guess? Ok, Fine but that's 4 things that could have gone differently--but didn't.--------------------------------------------"For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another..." (Matthew 24:7)Let's skip the argument about how many earthquakes there are now vs. then because people really didn't count them back then. That said, the world could just the same have become more peaceful with the advent of technology--which, theoretically, could also have forestalled food shortages. What do we see? Food shortages? World wars? More coincidence or "verifiable, predictable evidence"? Yes, I know, you're not going to change your opinion. I didn't expect you to because your opinion isn't really based on "evidence". I just wanted to make it a tiny fraction more difficult for you to hold on to it. |

I'm not saying you're stupid for wanting to run this on a netbook as its primary OS. I can see the value in that. What I AM saying is that you're stupid for making a VIRTUAL MACHINE to run this as an OS when right now Chrome OS is basically identical to Chrome browser.

Well, that's why he pauses (occasionally air-guitaring for effect) every few seconds, with the arrow consistently and obviously pointing to the left."Jigsaw" or whatever it is, along with the booth it inhabits, is clearly leftwards.
