WTF DIGG? An ad for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints! ***** off, really, ***** off./Bitching about mormon ads on digg.Nice article.
Actually Windows 7 "starts up" in under 3 sec from stand by. Who shuts down a PC? The only time I ever restart it is after a update that requires it. But its Google, so I guess have to drink the kool aid.

Well, it's only 13 humans... Now if it was 13 dogs thrown off the bridge this story would've been number 1 on digg with thousands of outraged commenters

How about moving to higher ground? Living below sea level is just plain foolish, as much so as living on a flood plain.?
Apple's iPhone application acceptance system is reason enough for me to look elsewhere. Anyway, it's not the number of apps that is important - its what a user and a developer can do with the OS that matters. With the iPhone, I have to drill down to find what I need, and in some cases (such as flagging emails) it can't be done. Android, while not perfect, is a much better experience for the user (if you aren't fixated on a lot of eye candy.) |

America needs to get serious on the real threat that is silently hitting right now!A new report was release this week that touches on these topics. * China’s increasingly aggressive espionage efforts to obtain U.S. secrets and technology for the benefit of China’s military and its economy. * China’s stepped-up cyber espionage and cyber warfare capabilities that constitute a growing threat to U.S. computer networks. * China’s extensive use of foreign propaganda and China’s efforts to influence public opinion and policymaking in the United States. * China’s detailed industrial policy designed to attract foreign investment and production and to create “national champions” to compete on a global scale. * China’s use of subsidies and other trade-distorting measures in violation of its international commitments. * China’s role in the creation of the economic imbalances that that helped produce the global financial crisis. * The expansion and modernization of the Chinese navy and its effects on U.S. access to the waters around China and Taiwan and the likelihood of a maritime arms race. * The use of new and more sophisticated methods by Chinese authorities to control the Chinese news media and the Internet. * China’s activities in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Central Asia. * Mainland China’s increasing influence in Taiwan and Hong Kong. * The effect of China’s policies on the economy of the upstate New York region. You can download or view it here. http://www.uscc.gov/annual_report/2009/09_annual_r ...People should seriously start raising their voices and start contacting our leaders so that we can put a stop to this mess!

How tormented can someone be when all they really have to do is 'look hot in some clothes'?
