Sure, charge the cop who wasn't involved in the accident with reckless endangerment, but charge the other cop with vehicular homicide.

I may be in the minority here, but once I got used to the nipple mouse on my IBM laptop, I really liked it a lot better than the touchpad. I never had to take my hands off of the keyboard. It just kinda makes sense in my mind.?
sorry, but the word chemical itself comes from our scientific lexicon. people taking words, that have very specific meanings, and bastardizing them beyond belief does nothing but hurt the lay persons understanding of things. if you were to take, say, an onion and list its chemical composition, there is guaranteed to be someone who will subsequently think onions are bad because they contain chemicals. this is entirely due to idiotic discourse, such as that in the article above, and idiots like you who somehow think the poor use of scientific language in such a manner is justified. there isn't one mention in the article of these chemicals being untested; there isn't one mention of these chemicals being toxic in the article. this article is rubbish. it does nothing but shout "zomg chemicals!!!!" |

Pho - And that is your right and privileged. Ever consider thoughThe right does something bad, that takes a bit of rights away from the population. Then the left does something bad that takes a bit of the rights away from the populace under the defense of "Hey the right did this, so we have to do that". Then the right does something bad because "The left did this, now we have to do that".... and so it goes, so please never think of any issue as solely this issue, as it is always built upon and just because you happen to support one administration in 4 or 8 years they will be gone and those laws and precedents will still be there. Consider this, those neo-con supporters that are defended the neo-cons law-grabs, are now on the receiving end of them. With that, I'll bid you adieu, and thanks for a good discussion. Kevin
