2.3%!? Are you serious? I can't believe anything that is so close to near-beer can even qualify on the thumbs up part. The alcohol content does more than just get you drunk, it does affect taste as well.Bud, and Coors light on the thumbs up too? I would say their tasters either have a horrible pallet, or (now) a full wallet.

Good luck getting anyone to license media to play on an open source OS. DRM restrictions are tougher than ever for HD content and any device without support for a Protected Media Path will not be getting premium content..

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to think about Medabots when reading the title?
She had to sell out. There's no money in being "yourself" it's boring. Its too bad, she's pretty good! |

The FTC is "threatening fines". Don't think these crooks really care. The FTC is about as scary as a toothless rattlesnake. Congress keeps passing consumer protection laws and handing enforcement to the FTC. An agency that has no enforcement staff and no enforcement powers. All they can do is sue them and they don't even have enough lawyers to do that most of the time.

i would only like to point out that snopes does say that there was lead in the lipstick in the studies i posted. 6th paragraph. it says the amount is tiny, and so does what i posted:"The results: 61 percent of lipsticks contained lead, with levels ranging up to 0.65 parts per million. Lead-contaminated brands included L'Oreal, Cover Girl and even a $24 tube of Dior Addict. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration promised it would conduct an investigation, but dragged its feet in doing so.It took nearly two years, pressure from consumers and a letter from three U.S. Senators, but in 2009 the FDA released a follow-up study that found lead in all samples of lipstick it tested, at levels ranging from 0.09 to 3.06 ppm – levels four times higher than the levels found in the Campaign study."http://www.safecosmetics.org/article.php?id=223
