As much as they teach the flaws of chemical periodicity when teaching the periodic table, or the flaws of Newtonian or Einsteinian physics.Of course you don't really mean that. What you really mean, is evolution makes my religion look silly, so I want to cast artificial doubt on it and make up a few lies I'd like passed on the kids. Uh, no, they won't be doing that.
Hopefully 2K has the sense not to screw up dedicated server support for this

“Damack - "In other words for 99% of computer users this is perfect."What a stupid number to pull out of your ass. If by 99% you mean 9% you might be getting warmer, but not everyone is so undemanding. Most people have at least a couple applications they want to keep, even if it's just the one and only email client they've learned to use (or whatever). For anyone that actually needs a computer, this thing will be useless. It's very disappointing that after so much talk for so long, they're only targeting a small fraction of users, and trying to lock down the hardware it'll run on as well. Stupid moves all over, which is unusual for Google.

Use voice recognition to translate the audio into text. Then, use an intelligent algorithm to detect changes in signal to noise ratio. Basically train it, "this is what the average phone call looks like. this is how much blank noise there usually is. this is how many words per minute are typical. this is the average correct amount of grammar. these are words in a typical phone call (hello)."Or maybe they did all that and maybe that's how they caught on?.
If I ate bacon, I might try it. But I don't. I'm well aware, however, that bacon is well-loved on Digg.!

Actually, LEGO *is* the plural. The singular is 'a piece of LEGO', 'a LEGO brick' etc.?
Digg is truly starting to turn into some kind of twisted combination of the National Enquirer and Fox News. I've already look at reddit a lot more; top diggs like this make me think I need to take digg off my google page entirely. Welcome Freepers and other assorted ***** and creeps, have at it: digg is now yours! |

There are actually very strict regulations for traffic signs... The size, height, wording, etc is all controlled. I do know that an incorrect sign height or leaving a word off has caused massive headaches for cities since all the issued tickets have been voided. (Thats not always the case.. But it happens)Some judges follow the law to the letter and would overturn a ticket for something like that... Others will say that it doesn't matter and you knew the intent of the sign.
