They probably can't, however those who have the mutation and aren't infected can pass on their genes.

Dugg for using the cromulent word "embiggen".
Until this year I considered myself an ex-PC Gamer. With most of my gaming being done on the 360 and PS2 (that's right, PS Two). Then Impulse came around with their Impulse Buy Weekends, Direct2Drive had their anniversary sales with crazy prices, and now I'm in the process of setting up a living room gaming rig PC hooked to the TV to be used as my new main gaming source. Competition between the portals is fierce and you end up getting games like Ghostbusters for 10$ or many indie titles for 5$-10$ and so on. You get no CD/DVD/Bluray shuffling, all the games are there all the time. Patches and updates? You're stuck with that on consoles too now, so they're no longer that big a deal. Indie on consoles? A bit, but the PC has always been and will be for the forseeable future a free platform. Everything can create and publish software for it without any central authority deciding. It seemed like Microsoft had given up on the concept of Games for Windows. Glad to see it's not the case. Now release a damned driver for the 360 Chatpad will ya?!

So did I, and that was surprising. They've come to a level where we actually feel something for a machine, because it's like us. When they make machines walk like that with AI and the ability to be cute, we'll be doomed. Hell, babies only have like 1.5 of those things.. and that's why we take care of them.

So you were able to restate what I had already indicated, but were unable to answer my question... Why exactly did you reply? For clarification, my original comment was a reply to @studdenfadden - "The fact that a 90 year old man is forced to live like that sickens me. No I don't have an answer to the poverty question, but this is not the way to treat anyone, let alone someone that old." |
