While it may not be in itself something easily translated into a shank, the dynamic shape makes it an excellent shank handle should an inmate acquire a piece of glass or something similar. Just fold it in half, tab in the side flaps, and you have yourself a fine compact biodegradable hilt for your stabbin' tool.
You're right it is ridiculous. There is no way 10 alcoholic drinks a day can help your heart. I think they meant to say 15. Must have been a typo. Nice catch.

Since apparently the edit timer on digg is off by 30 seconds; To be fair, foucaultsvac called out the facts of the matter. He was muslim and a terrorist(= someone who causes terror) who shot quite a few of our own boys. He is in my book, garbage. I'm pretty sure the only reason he's getting buried is because of the crazy theory of "lets be politically correct!" in action.

I'm actually surprised that Japan wasn't let into the club considering that Germany was.?
In June 1944 Saipan was the location of savage battle during the liberation of the Marianas Islands. The Japanese had made fortresses out of the islands of Guam, Tinian, Rota and Saipan. The landings in the Marianas were so large and complex that they were called "the D-Days in the Pacific". The civilians were so indoctrinated by Japanese propaganda, at least a thousand jumped to their deaths out of fear rather than surrender to the American Marines- hence the name "Suicide Cliffs". Men, women and children. American veterans who saw it said that it will haunt them for the rest of their life.PFC Guy Gabaldon, a Mexican-American from Los Angeles, California, who was raised by Japanese-Americans, used a combination of street Japanese and guile to convince over a thousand soldiers and civilians alike that U.S. troops were not barbarians, and that they would be well treated upon surrender. For his outstanding bravery, Gabaldon received a Silver Star, which was upgraded to the Navy Cross. (see Wikipedia article)A little over a year later two B-29 bombers took off from airfields on Tinian and dropped the atomic bombs that ended the war.Maybe some places are so poisoned by innocent blood that they will never be right again. |

Also, I'll go ahead and point this out. Scientists are human, and therefor fallible. Pointing out that a scientist is wrong does not make your own beliefs right, only proof can do that.

At this point we might want to think differently of what we call handicapped, and able-bodied. |
