We got some kind of yogurt treats for our dog a while ago. Don't tell anyone, but they were freakin' delicious.
Will I be able to boot up Chrome OS and go download Firefox? I thought we weren't allowed to integrate and bundle browsers with operating systems.

I hate when we use appropriate words to describe things. /s I'm one of those crazy liberals too... a lot of us aren't mentally retarded enough to support the destruction of language. Reminds me of one of my favorite George Carlin rants: "You can't be afraid of words that speak the truth. I don't like words that hide the truth. I don't like words that conceal reality. I don't like euphemisms or euphemistic language. And American english is loaded with euphemisms. Because Americans have a lot of trouble dealing with reality. Americans have trouble facing the truth, so they invent a kind of a soft language to protect themselves from it. And it gets worse with every generation. For some reason it just keeps getting worse."Words are just a combination of letters you can say. True meaning comes from intent, context. But in the end those who fight language are only hurting their cause. They are giving undue power where none existed before while conceding a new definition. It's treating a symptom rather than the real problem. How do we measure success in weeding out prejudice? Is it that we never hear certain words again? Of course not, its completely irrelevant. Its especially irrelevant in a situation like this when the words are literal descriptors. And yes I'm sorry, the world sucks. Some people are mentally retarded and not everyone can be President no matter much they put their mind to it. Are we just angry that we have to grow up and realize the idea that we can be anything or do anything in the world is *****? Be an adult, deal with reality..

Contrary to popular belief marathon was not very overlooked. I mean it was a mac game and if you had a mac at the time you had and loved the marathon series. Bungie already made quite a name for themselves with the mac community before ms bought them out. Now the games were not popular because they werent really windows games (yes they ported marathon 2 over but that was years later.) now if you going to talk about a game that bungie did that no one remembers you should talk about ONI. I enjoyed that game quite a bit. EDIT: you were talking about myth, not marathon.... a lot of halo fanatics still go on about how no one played marathon or knew about it so my point is still valid.?
The Federal political system is such that it is easy to create and fund new programs and almost impossible to cut them. http://reasontraditionandliberty.blogspot.com/2008 ...The reality is that the Fed working in collusion with the President is keeping interest rates incredible low, thereby increasing the money supply enough to devlue the dollar. So instead of cutting spending, the Imperial government is going to destroy half the value of the dollar and thereby, half the real value of the debt. That is their answer to our debt conundrum, unfortunately it will wipe out half th value of the savings of the poor and middle class and will guarantee that retiring on Social Security payments will sentence the elderly poor and middle class to abject poverty. The good news is that the oligarchy will do fine. Their investments will not be tied to the dollar that they are purposly destroying......... |
