That was a rhetorical question.The point is, a shot is a shot, there is always an element of luck involved.It is never the case that luck is the only factor in a goal, at the very least the players had to have the ability to put themselves in a position to score and then take the shot.!

She doesn't have a choice of whether to support the Government or not. The Queen is apolitical and may not endorse either party. It is only in theory that she can refuse consent to a bill - if she actually did so there would be uproar, which is part of the reason the last monarch to refuse consent to a bill was Queen Anne.?
