Google isn't trying to make a full desktop os replacement. If you want to use your pirated photo shop and play crysis then won't be using Chrome OS you'll still be using Windows for that. Google clearly laid out what Chrome OS is about. A secure browser centric operating system nothing more nothing less and the great part is it's free to use if you chose to do so. Nobody is forcing this on the public and nothing is set in stone. This is a beta release and most reviews have been centered around VMware images and not target platforms such as netbooks. I see Googles point in this. A majority of normal non computer oriented people only use a computer to browse the web and send email. So give those people a secure operating system tailored to their needs.
early to call top of the year, was a brilliant goal still, and yes team Canada is winning in Vancouver 2010.

Who the f can afford sushi these days?.
While I'm annoyed the morning edition of Digg is turning into a read of Conservapedia, this article does make some valid points. We should be appoint legitimate, qualified people for these positions. If we aren't going to appoint legitimate people, we should just not have ambassadors or consulates or embassies. When done correctly, the diplomacy and cooperation these tools facilitate can be very helpful. We need to start using them intelligently. While Bush didn't do any better, I'm tired of that being used as defense for Obama. Don't get me wrong, I voted for Obama, but our party could have done better. And no, I don't mean Hillary. But then, most of the Democratic party is a bunch of spineless retards that aren't really any different from Republicans, so I'm not sure why I called it "our party."!

Contrary to popular belief marathon was not very overlooked. I mean it was a mac game and if you had a mac at the time you had and loved the marathon series. Bungie already made quite a name for themselves with the mac community before ms bought them out. Now the games were not popular because they werent really windows games (yes they ported marathon 2 over but that was years later.) now if you going to talk about a game that bungie did that no one remembers you should talk about ONI. I enjoyed that game quite a bit. EDIT: you were talking about myth, not marathon.... a lot of halo fanatics still go on about how no one played marathon or knew about it so my point is still valid.

Actually its that there was no talk of it during the Bush admin, but now suddenly that President Obama's in the hot seat everyone has something to say about it. We're just as mad about this as you are, but we're also mad at how a huge group of people can be mad about this who didn't seem to say a word about such things happening 8 years ago.I'm a huge supporter of the President and I'm quite pissed off at him about the whole lobbyist thing. |
