I live in MS and have all my life. I attended Ole Miss and thought the traditions were a bit archaic, but never done in harm. It's these KKK ***** who keep screwing it up for everyone. If you take a peek at Ole Miss' student population, you will see that half are not even from the south. They kept yelling the chant as a rebellion against those who told them to stop. It was foolish. It was inconsiderate. It was down right "rebel" of them. For those saying that the south is more racist than other parts of the country, you are ignorant. Period. I travel all over this country for my job and find Californians to be more racist that the general population of MS. All I hear while out there is racism against mexicans. A lot of small towns in various parts of middle America have only a handful of minorities to even speak of, and when they see one, OMG, "watch him, he's not one of us". Geez. Grow up people. There are lunatics everywhere. Mississippians do not hate minorities. Retarded, backward-ass, redneck people of all states are the problem. Direct the discontent where it belongs. The song is gone. It was a good song. It was cherished. Now thanks to the student body, and idiot back-woods rednecks, it's gone. Perhaps the south will rise again. Those of us who love our state (most of us), hold hopes that it will be an economical, educational, and social rise. Not a return to previous days of slavery, that none of us had anything to do with. My family didn't come to America until early 1900s. I have no guilt or shame.
Oh what No Shave November brings us...

“More people need to know this. I'm sick of everyone assuming that just because it says it's from the bank or the UK lottery doesn't mean it is.

Sponsored by HTC?
Sadly I've had the misfortune of trying both Pepsi blue and Pepsi jazz, trying to compare the two is like comparing a kick the the nuts versus a punch to the nuts. They were both ***** awful. Surprisingly holiday spice Pepsi is pretty decent. On second thought jazz was worse, god that *****'s nasty. |

If I ate bacon, I might try it. But I don't. I'm well aware, however, that bacon is well-loved on Digg.

BB you should go take a tour of all the closed down used to be union shops scattered around Detroit.Detroit is a classic example of what happens when the inmates run the asylum.
