Ah! You've tried that Vista Black edition, haven't you?
how did your backyard come into this?I mean... I'm happy there are no mountain lions in MY backyard too, for what its worth, but I'd certainly like there to be plenty of large wildlife remaining in national parks.and besides, if your backyard IS a national park, it sure seems hypocritical to complain about the animals when you are the one encroaching onto their designated preserve...

“I really don't understand the big deal about Chrome OS. It's just a special version of Linux that boots directly into Chrome. In VMWare it's extremely pokey. Windows XP runs faster in VMWare Fusion 3 for me then this OS does. Sure, it;s a beta but it's just a web browser running an an extremely trimmed down Linux. How much processing power could it truly need, even in a beta?

FTA: "Although Microsoft is working on HTML 5 standards, Sinofsky said that's not necessarily the main focus for IE9: 'There are emerging standards that are still incomplete and draft, and we want to be responsible about how we support that and don't generate a hype cycle across the board for things aren't there yet.'"There's the problem right there..
Malaria has been around for tens-of-thousands of years and has killed more humans than any other disease. In fact you can see evolution at work as Sickle Cell Anemia is a mutation resistant to Malaria. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/evolution/library/01/2/l_0 ... Heterozygous carriers are immune, while those who express recessivity, well... the evolutionary process ain't perfect.!

What does 'elite press' even mean these days??
Stop buying media in the UK, get it from someone else, somewhere else, ebay anything, just don't buy it in the UK. This is fascism - what your grandparents died fighting against in WW2. All that blood, bodies strews across Europe and elsewhere. They died in vein it seems. |
