GeneralO:You don't have a clue what you're talking about. Shut the ***** up until you've actually had it. The last thing fried turkey is is greasy. It is crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside. You fail at trolling your smug hippie *****.
Awww... makes me wish I had a dog. My last one died about a year ago... a sweet little miniature dachshund, taken way before her time. RIP girl.

“It's not quite the same as tones in Chinese, but in Japanese you do have intonation that changes the meaning of words. Not just whether it's a question or a statement, but say whether you're talking about a bridge or chopsticks. This intonation also has to follow the structure of the sentence, in a way that you don't get in English. This is one of the trickiest things to get right if you want to sound like a native speaker. When I was in a speech competition, they drummed it into me by rote, and I couldn't really understand what the logic of it was, but there is a logic there. There is more to intonation in Japanese than you might think.

Kurt Greenbaum is today's worst person in the world. Also, what if the reader was being serious in his comment??

I was with this article most of the time, but I think they completely missed the mark on Memoirs of a Geisha. Just for starters, they are trying to compare modern Western culture with historic Eastern culture. As if the two cultures ever had anything in common. I suppose they had to reach the magical number of seven movies somehow.
