Actually it's more like this:1. Guy writes program and decides to use major trademark to identify his product.2. Apple, in order to protect it's trademark and not open it up for everyone to use and lose the millions it spent getting the trademark such recognition, sends a letter asking Guy to stop using the legal trademark.3. Guy doesn't want to do that because he is riding for free on the iPod train so he drafts a letter.4. He gets a response, when he isn't entitled to one, saying we can't throw away our trademark for one person, sorry..

I don't know if I agree with that, if you're posting your photos to sites like istockphoto, and they're good, they can bring in some decent income. The freelance photo market has changed, that is for sure.?
Let's not judge. There are people I know who have seriously looked at suicide as the only way out. They were all good, hard-working people who unfortunately suffered too many stresses in too short a time period. Were it not for specific people being present and things improving at just the right time, they wouldn't be alive today. I agree that suicide is never the right answer. However, we should try to understand what people like Daul Kim must have been going through that made her kill herself. Calling them cowards only adds more grief to an already tragic event and does not do anything productive to prevent future suicides. |

In July, authorities reopened the case and used more advanced equipment to search water near her apartment. Her body was found Aug. 18 in a lake divers had scoured before, her mother Arlene Schoening said.An investigation showed Gail Schoening drove through a narrow space and went into the water, the Sentinel reported. The car flipped upside-down before landing at the bottom of the lake.Schoening's family has spent the last 12 years following leads in her disappearance."We're happy she was found, but sad about the circumstances," Arlene Schoening, of North Brunswick, N.J., said Friday. "We'd been going through all the possibilities."

"The government option will suck out a tremendous amount of insurees, collapsing the business model of the private insurers." 'tWhy would I care if they aren around. Those soul suckers have been screwing over Americans for close to 70 years. Good Riddance! |
