“I understand why they put the tip in a large party because it usually is a tremendous amount of work for the staff to handle a large party and the staff live off the tips. If the service is adequate, it's built in, if it is above and beyond I add more. However, if the service is horrible I would complain to the manager busy or not. At a TGIFs outside of Ocean City our family had such bad service which sounds almost exactly like the problems Pope had, that we didn't finish the meal, nor did we pay for it and walked out.

It's getting kind of hard to believe things are going to get better....
You lump Ron Paul in with Sarah Palin? Really? "They want a society that feeds its corporate masters"You know ***** nothing about Ron Paul. I'm no fan of the far right, but ***** this has to be the most retarded comment I've read on Digg all day. Congratulations sir.!

I'm always amazed when I see 2000 on that chart. Only $18 Billion deficit. We were almost in the black, almost paying down our debt. Imagine having children who wouldn't be born with $30-40,000 in debt stamped on their foreheads. Imagine the future actually getting better. Clinton balances the budget, and the Bushes are collectively responsible for 5 all-time-record deficit years. Well, 6 if you count the spending in 2009 that was basically the cost of cleanup after Bush trashed the country's economy with his regulatory narcolepsy. (Yep, that's right--the debt for the 2009 stimulus isn't Obama's fault. To say it is would be like saying a train conductor who brings a train up to 80 mph careening towards a cement wall, and then at the last minute hands over the controls to a new conductor, isn't responsible for the crash. Bush caused this, and all of you "conservatives" who slept peacefully at the wheel from 2000-2008 are right there with him. McCain also would have done a huge stimulus plan, right or wrong, because it's the only damn idea anyone has in the face of the 2007-08 catastrophe.)Sheesh, you don't have to become a democrat, but it's amazing any fiscal conservative calls themselves a republican anymore.

"Then there's my two year-old son, and the time I was giving him a bath. 'Cause you know how it is when your, you know, STUFF, gets in the warm water, right? You know what I'm saying? So he starts going 'Pee pee big! Pee pee big!' Again, Uncle Leo does it, not so cute. Not fair, either, I'm sure he's just as surprised." --Ray Romano

yup, it runs on the same logic as the climate change proponents. Like Al manbearpig who flies around the world on his private jet to host lavish climate change symposiums |
