@KyzzyxxIt's classified as a schedule I drug because they claim it has no medical benefit. In other words, it's unhealthy. They constantly tell people that it will cause psychosis and give you nut cancer. They aren't legislating against marijuana now, they are using it as an excuse to continue a prohibition that was put in place for different reasons.So the current policy of using health as a reason to continue the prohibition has failed. Especially in light of the fact that it DOES have medical benefits for many people and is no where near as harmful to your health as things liken alcohol, tobacco and OTC drugs.
